Who to Contact for DM First Account Help

DM First Register cannot open, unlock or edit any DM First account, and it runs no email inbox or phone number.

Only the platform can change an account

Only DM First's own customer service. The sign-in screen tells anyone with a forgotten password to contact customer service, and the lock message shown after more than 10 wrong passwords carries a Contact customer service button. Whether that opens a chat or another channel was not shown.

Have these details on hand

  1. The phone number or email linked to the account
  2. The exact wording of any error on screen
  3. Whether the lock message appeared
